Daniel L. Seltzer

Daniel L. Seltzer is an associate in the law firm of Messing, Rudavsky & Weliky, P.C. He is a 2011 cum laude graduate of Harvard University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Scholar in Employment Discrimination and was recognized for performing over 1,000 hours of pro bono legal service. During law school, he successfully represented clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, the Department of Unemployment Assistance, and in other employment matters as a student advocate in the Employment Civil Rights Division of the WilmerHale Legal Services Center.

In addition, Mr. Seltzer interned with the New York plaintiff's employment firm of Outten & Golden, the Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society of New York, the Foreclosure Prevention Project of Staten Island Legal Services, and Messing, Rudavsky & Weliky, P.C. Mr. Seltzer also served as research assistant for a Harvard faculty member writing a law journal article on third party liability for wage and hour violations. Mr. Seltzer is a graduate of Harvard University. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a middle school math teacher in the Bronx and obtained his M.Litt. with merit in Scottish Literature at the University of Glasgow.
