Kevin C. Merritt
Kevin C. Merritt is an associate in the law firm of Messing, Rudavsky & Weliky, P.C., which specializes in plaintiffs' employment law. He is a 2006 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Merritt represented public- and private-sector employees and unions as an attorney for Sandulli Grace, P.C. During law school, he interned with the Massachusetts Superior Court, the litigation division of the ACLU of Massachusetts, and the legal department of the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Mr. Merritt is an active member of the Steering Committee for the Boston Bar Association's Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Section.
Mr. Merritt's career in law grew from an interest in alternative dispute resolution, including an internship with Mediation Works Incorporated, over 100 hours of mediation and negotiation training, and his work as a volunteer mediator in the small claims session of the Massachusetts District Court system. Mr. Merritt is a graduate of Connecticut College, magna cum laude.
